By submitting garments for embroidery or DTF services, you acknowledge and accept the following:

Texas First Embroidery will take the utmost care in handling your items. However, we cannot be responsible for any damage or defects that may occur to customer-provided garments during the embroidery or DTF process. Garments are decorated at the customer’s own risk.

Please ensure all garments are suitable for embroidery or DTF application. Texas First Embroidery does not guarantee results on non-standard or delicate fabrics.

Your approval of the design and placement is final. Once work begins, orders cannot be refunded or replaced due to garment issues.
